30 Day Return Policy

Please contact us for authorization before returning or exchanging any item!

Returns may be subject to a 20% re-stocking fee + original shipping cost + processing fee.

All returns must include original package including:  all cases, lenses, and boxes. 

Please allow 1-2 weeks for processing exchanges. 

All returns & exchanges need to be done within 30 days of original purchase date.

No refunds or exchanges on prescription orders.

Customers that order products that are out of stock or back-ordered will be notified as soon as possible.

Limit: One promotion per order.  Promotions must be mentioned at the time of ordering.

  All orders go through address verification during our Secure Checkout process.  Orders with non-verified addresses subject to rejection.
